Inez W. Rumley, 77, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away at home on Tuesday, June 3, 2008. Inez was born in Alabama and lived in several states, including Alaska, before coming to Albuquerque in 1963. She retired in 1991 after 30 years of Civil Service employment. She is survived by two sons, Donald and Ronald Rumley; daughter, Janet Atterbury and granddaughter, Alicia Atterbury of Albuquerque; brother, Robert Carr and wife, Peggy of Montgomery, Alabama; sister, Muriel Bey of Raleigh, North Carolina; many nieces and nephews including niece and close friend, Laura Broughton of Montgomery, Alabama. Graveside services and burial took place on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at Sunset Memorial Park.
