OSWALD L. Oswald (Ozzie) L. Davis, 74, a long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2008, after a ten year battle with prostate cancer. He was born March 29, 1933 to Joseph and Frances Davis, who preceded him in death. Over the years, Ozzie attracted an eclectic group of friends from all social and economic levels. He will be missed. Visitation will be from 9:30 a. m. until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m., a Memorial Mass and celebration of Ozzie's life will follow the Rosary. Private interment of cremated remains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Jim Kraft Memorial Fund, Department of Art and Art History, MSCO4 2560, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM 87131.
