Billy Ray Lockett, 74, passed away on April 27, 2008 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles and sisters, Bessie, Betty Jo, and Lucille. Billy Ray is survived by one sister, Bobbie A. Dinkins and one brother, Pat Lockett and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of "Mr. Bill's" life was held on May 10, 2008, with family and friends in attendance.
