Obituary for ZAMBRANO

Tercila Baldonado Zambrano, age 75, a resident of Bosque, NM, passed away on Thursday, May 15, in the company of her sons and family. She was a member of Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. Tercila moved back to Bosque from Los Angeles, CA in 1976. She worked at the Los Lunas Training School as a caregiver for 17 years. Tercila loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them and never missed an opportunity to help someone out in need. Tercila was known and loved for her sense of humor, and generosity.She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend who was loved much by all and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Ignacio and Ramona Baldonado; two sisters, Isabelita Trujillo and Bessie Chavez and one brother, Hernandez Baldonado. Tercila is survived by her two loving sons, Philip Zambrano and John Zambrano and companion, Brenda Gurule; four sisters, Jeova Saenz and Lillie Holguin of Los Angeles, Marcela Audela Turrietta and Carmen Baldonado Romero and husband, Leo W. of Bosque and one brother, Reynaldo Baldonado and wife, Josie. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. All services will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, beginning with a viewing on Tuesday, May 20, at 5:30 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, at 10:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Bosque Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joshua and Isaiah Pena, Florenio Trujillo, Joe Baldonado, Eloy and Willie Chavez, Louis and Edwin Romero. A special thank you to Eloy and Marcella Chavez for the love and care they gave Tercila during her illness and for opening their home to all her visitors. Also, to Willie and Margaret Chavez for all the years of care and support. The family is grateful to all the family and friends who gave to Tercila in so many thoughtful ways.
