Daniel "Danny" R. Ortega. Danny was born August 22, 1961 and passed away May 11, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Ortega; grandmother, Delfinia Perea; and brother, Mark Ortega. Danny is survived by his mother, Fina Perea; girlfriend, Gina Aragon; grandmother, Mary Mena; brother, Greg Arellano; sister, Natalie (Vince) Padilla; special aunts: Betty Ortega, Aunt Dora Perea and other aunts; 3 nieces, 4 nephews; family and friends. Rosary will be Wednesday 7:00 p.m. at Los Duranes Church (off Rio Grande Blvd NW, west on Zickert, north on Los Luceros). Life Celebration Mass will be Thursday 10:30 a.m., also in Los Duranes. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joey Santillanes, Santiago Garcia, Lorenzo Padilla, Louis Casias, Leo Chavez, Cisco Madrid.
