TILLIE L.----Tillie L. Romero, 83, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on April 28, 2008. Mrs. Romero is survived by her loving children, Lydia Abeyta, Ramona Romero, Lorraine Miera and husband, Robert, Philip M. Romero and wife, Angie, Charlie Romero and wife, Cecilia, David Romero and wife, Alma, Rick Romero and wife, Patsy, Paul Romero, Chris Romero and wife, Janie, Adam Romero and wife, Christine; her sister, Emma Candelaria; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one on the way; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Romero was preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe E. Romero. Mrs. Romero was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the Legion of Mary. Visitation will be Friday evening at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac SW, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by the Legion of Mary. Final visitation will be Saturday, May 3, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 am. at the Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Father Edmund Savilla, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be George Abeyta Jr., Anthony Gutierrez, Eric Romero, Markus Romero, Christopher Romero Jr., Matthew Romero and Richard Romero Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be all of the grandchildren.
