Joyce K. George, longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully Monday, April 29, 2008. She is survived by her sons, Donald and wife, Mary Ann of Albion, NE, Joseph and wife, Karen of Huntington Beach, CA, John and wife, Marquita of Albuquerque, and San Carlos, Mexico, James and wife, Agnes of Albuquerque; daughter-in-law, Charlotte George of Las Vegas, NM; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Ronald and son, Robert. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Thursday, May 1, 2008, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, May 2, 2008, 9:00 a.m., at the Shrine of St. Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Christopher, Jeremy, Ronald, Robert, Eric and Carl George.
