Roger George Plont went to be with The Lord on April 8, 2008. He was born October 26, 1940, in Ludington, Michigan to Joe and Genevieve (Chavalia) Plont and grew to be our dad, a mighty man of God, long-distance runner, puppeteer, craftsman, and prophetic speaker who loved unconditionally his children and grandchildren, Teil (Judi), Aurora, Orion, Ariana, Aiden, Emily, Ariel, Samantha, Zachary, Izzabella, Trinity, Suzie Leigh; Trom; Sunny; Levi (Angela), Faith, Alorah, and Vance. They all remain except for Orion who went on before his grandpa on April 3, 2008. Also surviving Roger are his sisters, Janet Plont, Diana (Leo) Bordeaux, and Elizabeth Plont of Muskegon, Michigan; Barbara (Robert) Bergbower of Lake Kiowa, Texas; Beverly Dykema of Fruitport, Michigan; and six nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandsons, Christian and Orion; his parents; and his brother, Leroy Plont. Funeral arrangements and Services are by Reflections, 2400 Washington, NE and Roger's children, who will serve as pallbearers at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2008, with interment following at Sunset Memorial Park.
