Richard Michael Garcia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Aurelio and Rosaura Candelaria; paternal grandparents, Bernardino and Anita Garcia; brother, Anthony T. Garcia; nephew, Vincent J. Garcia; brother-in-law, Leonardo Abeyta and beloved mother-in-law, Barbara G. Abeyta Richard is survived by his wife, Jane Garcia; three sons, Ricardo, Jaime, and Elias Garcia; parents, Richard and Margaret Garcia; sisters, Bernadette Hernandez and husband, Manuel, Francesca Lopez and husband, Mike, Elizabeth Baldonado and husband, Tony, Juliana LeTourneau and husband, Steve; brother, Vincent Garcia; god son, Anthony Baldonado and wife, Kirsten; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Memorial Services will be held at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church in Old Town on Saturday, April 12, 2008. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., with burial following at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery off of Coors and Arenal SW.
