Obituary for SATTLER

Jack Francis Sattler, 88, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Jack was born December 26, 1919 the son of John Francis and Elise Herb Sattler in Jamaica, New York. Jack served in the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean War as an aircraft mechanic. He worked in that capacity for over 30 years for Trans World Airlines. He was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church since 1964. He enjoyed being a member of a number of service organizations including Meals on Wheels. He had been a President and member of the Elks and Kiwanis clubs. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, William Sattler. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ethel Florence Sattler; daughters, Jacqueline Ann Bowen and husband Tim of Rio Rancho, and Janet Belotti and husband Jerry of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Julia Mozley and husband Brian, Jessica Bowen, Randy Bowen and wife Chloe, Daniel Bowen, Nicholas and Vinny Belotti; three nephews, Ken, Don, and Jim Sattler. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Service will be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the All Saints Lutheran Church, 4800 All Saints Rd. NW, Albuquerque with Pastor Phillip Wangberg officiating.
