Dortha L. Franklin, 92, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963 died Tuesday, March 25, 2008. She is survived by her children, Rex Franklin and wife, Janet of Syracuse, NY, John Franklin, Cindy Phelps and husband, Bob both of Albuquerque, and Ben Franklin and wife, Linda of Pagosa Springs, CO; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Franklin. She was a faithful member of Netherwood Park Church of Christ. Services will be held Saturday, March 29, 2008, 11:00 a.m., at Netherwood Park Church of Christ, 5101 Indian School Rd. NE. Honorary pallbearers will be "The Quilting Ladies".
