JASON D. Captain Jason D. Welch, 40, a resident of Albuquerque, NM stationed at the Pentagon, died Monday, February 25, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Michelle L. Welch; children, Johnathan, Danielle, and Jacob; grandmother, Nancy Bryant of Manson, WA; parents, Jack and Lynda Welch; sister, Dana Richardson; father and mother-in-law, Don and Linda Faire; sisters-in-law, Cheri, Tonya and husband Bob, nieces; Stacey, Kimberly, and Grace; nephews, Ryan and Evan Richardson, Jason, Morgan, and Nicholas Franklin and David Sauter, all of Albuquerque, and many other loved ones and friends. Jason, a Gulf War veteran, graduated from Eldorado High School where he was in band and ran track. He graduated from Wayland Baptist University in Honolulu, Hawaii. Jason loved sports, especially golf. He also enjoyed woodworking, and working on cars, most recently his '67 Camaro. Services will be held, Wednesday, March 5, 2008, 10:00 am at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
