Shirley M. age 72, of Albuquerque, NM passed away Saturday, February 23, 2008, at her residence following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on March 18, 1935, in Butler County, PA to Russell and Helen Moore. She married Charles W. O'Donnell on September 13, 1955 in Cumberland, Maryland. Mrs. O'Donnell was a member of Compassionate Friends of Albuquerque as well as a participant in The Infinite Way for several years. Surviving are her husband of 52 years Charles Sr.; her son, Charles O'Donnell Jr. and his partner Shirley Hall of Las Cruces, NM; her grandchildren, Charles III (Barbara), Gerald, Kevin, Justin, and Amy O'Donnell; her seven great grandchildren, Caroline, Caitlin, Charles IV, Christopher O'Donnell, Davina, Emily and Sophie O'Donnell; sisters, Dolores Shumaker of Fairview, PA, Nancy Sequete and husband, Dick, of Butler, PA; brother, Russell Moore and his wife, Charlotte Butler, of Butler, PA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Douglas O'Donnell, on May 14, 1980. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
