Margaret P. Knight, 86, a long-time resident of Albuquerque, passed away February 18, 2008. She was born in La Junta, CO on February 8, 1922, and graduated from UNM in 1954. She was an instructor with Indian Health Service, a branch of HEW. She also served on the Board of Governors, Goodwill Industries. She is survived by five nephews; Henry J. Hector of Atlanta, GA; Dr. Bruce P. Hector of Santa Clarita, CA; William Hector of Naperville, IL; Gil D. Park of Encinitas, CA; John W. Park, Jr. of Boerne, TX; and niece, Janet Ellen Bayes, of Marietta, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Alice Park; her husband, Daniel W. Knight; sister, Helen Park Hector; and brother, John W. Park. Services will be Monday, February 25, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at French Mortuary Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd., NE.
