KEITH "COWBOY" Graveside Services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2008 at Memory Lawn Memorial Park, who passed away February 22, 2008, in Roswell. Dr. Geary Miller of Tabernacle Baptist Church will conduct the Service. Cowboy was born August 16, 1916 in Floyd Co, Texas to Arvin and Ruby Childers. Both parents have preceded him in death; as well as a daughter, Barbara Jean Davis. He married Marie Sims on June 8, 1934 in Pecos, New Mexico. She also has preceded him in death. Survivors include sons; Charles Keith Childers and his wife, Wynnora, of Roswell, Gary Michael Childers and his wife, Elda, of Santa Fe, New Mexico; brothers, Virgil "Jinx" Childers of Tor C, NM, Edra Childers of Roswell, and Johnnie Childers of Roswell; sisters, Claudia "baby doll" York of Los Alamos and Bonnie French of Roswell; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Cowboy was a business owner of a service station. Pallbearers will be Russell Davis, Jeff Childers, Gary Childers, Troy Childers, Gary Fox, Ki Sung, Ricky Davis, and Randy Davis.
