Brenda (Jenkins) McDuffie, passed away at age 63, on Thursday, February 7, 2008. She was born August 26, 1944, to mother Sadie Jenkins, in New York City, NY. Brenda remained in NY, until her mother's death, and at age 17, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina. In 1989, she moved to Albuquerque, NM, where she worked for the University of New Mexico until 2005. Brenda is preceded in death by her mother, father, and step-son, Terry. She is survived by her two daughters, Angela and Michelle McDuffie; son-in-law, Joseph Rodgers; five grandchildren, Lea McDuffie, Danesha McCloud, Darrelyn McCloud, Tiesha McDuffie, and Shyia McDuffie.
