JAKE DENNIS Baby Jake Dennis Chavez is now one of God's Little Angels in Heaven. Jake is the beloved son to Dennis and Michaele-Kay Chavez. Jake is also survived by his brother, Daniel; his sister, Ryan Claire; his grandparents, Michael H. and Lugie Gonzales, Dennis and Mary Ann Chavez; two aunts, Denise Chavez and Katherine Chavez; one uncle, John Gonzales and wife, Michaela and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation for Jake will be Monday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Santuario de San Martin Catholic Church, 8301 Camino de San Martin SW with Mass of the Angels to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. by Father Vincent De Fazio.
