Alejandro Saavedra. In the afternoon of January 19, 2008, Alejandro Saavedra, son of Rosendo and Elcelsa Saavedra, succumbed to the call of the Lord and welcoming of his forebears. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Sacred Heart Church in Barelas at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. also at Sacred Heart Church, to be followed by a Christian Burial at El Campo Santo de San Jose on Arenal SW.
