Marion A. Quick was born February 10, 1921 in Oakwood, Oklahoma to John and Lula Ann (Cook) Quick. He passed away January 18, 2008 at Princeton Place Nursing Home in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 86. Marion served in the U.S. Armed Forces in WWII. He married Inez E. Titsworth on March 15, 1951 in Santa Fe, NM. Marion worked as a crane and heavy equipment operator, and was a member of the operative Engineers union. His wife Inez preceded him in death on May 18, 2007. He is survived by his son Marion A. Quick Jr. and wife Carol of Bloomfield, NM and three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Waynetta Schultz of Prescott, AZ and Rosie May Berry of Vancouver, WA. Marion will be missed by his friends and relatives. The ashes of Marion and Inez will be buried at the Veterans Cemetary in Santa Fe at a later date.
