Jessica Ann Raper, age 76, passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2008. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, retired USAF Lt. Colonel John Raper; daughter, Jennifer Raper; son, Justin Raper and his wife, Erika Munz-Raper; two grandchildren, Kurt and Skyler Munz-Raper; and nephew, Brian Pratt. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Roadrunner Food Bank or NM Animal Humane Association.
