Warren Allen Howey, 51, born September 24, 1956, passed away December 31, 2007, after a life-long struggle with disease. He is survived by a son, Joseph Paul Ulibarri (31); two granddaughters, Nichole Santini Ulibarri (13), and Autumn Call Ulibarri (12); sisters, Sandy Kimmons, husband John, Terrie Gorrell, husband Bob, and Dana Suazo, husband Silas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Jo Ann Howey. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Westside Chapel. A visitation will he held one hour prior to Services.
