Adam Starr, age 21, passed away at the University of New Mexico Medical Center on Wednesday, December 26, 2007, following an unexpected and sudden illness. He was born August 4, 1986 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Boris and Heloisa Starr. He was currently a junior at UNM studying Bio-Chemistry as a pre-medical student. Adam was very active in his community and his Church. He participated in, chaperoned, and led many of the the Queen of Heaven Parish youth group activities and trips. He loved and was loved by many, many friends and had a huge impact on their lives and of those of his family. His examples of love and courage will be remembered forever by those that knew him and whom he touched. Adam is survived by his parents, Boris and Heloisa Starr; his sister and her husband, Leila and Jon Lillywhite; his grandparents, Boris and Teresa Starr; and his aunt and uncle, Teresa and Gary Gerew.
