June L. Bryant-Kirby, 80, passed away December 21, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born on December 2, 1927 to Alton and Sylvia Wilcox in Bald Knob, AR. June became an LPN in 1969 and worked at several hospitals in the Albuquerque area. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. June is survived by her husband of 17 years, M. Richard Kirby; daughter, Jane L. Banes and husband, Dick of Farmington, NM; step-son, Rick Kirby and wife, Gail; step-daughter, Charlotte Ryan and husband, Tommy of Birmingham, AL; granddaughters, April and Amanda Bryant of Bald Knob, AR; cousins, Hugh and Carolyn Tyler of TN, and Carolyn and Dwight Burns of Bald Knob, AR; all the Zia Roamers Good Sam's; her friends from Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Hoffmantown Baptist Church; and numerous extended family members. June was preceded in death by a baby sister and brother; her parents; her husband, Henry Bryant, in 1987; her sons, Henry Lynn Bryant, in 1999, and Thomas R. Bryant in 2003. Visitation for June will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2007, from 2:00pm to 4:00 p.m. at the Carlisle Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 8600 Academy Rd. NE, with Pastor Larry Moss and Pastor Ken Moore officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be John Brinks, Lenord Kuntz, Clarence Davis, Joe Martinez, Larry Smith, Jim McKinnon, Glen Bucalo, Bob Lindsey, Lee Jones, and Bob Sparks. June's family would like to extend a very special thank you to all the staff of Ambercare Hospice for the great care given to them in their time of need.
