Viola B. Howard, 75, a longtime Albuquerque resident, passed away Monday, December 10, 2007. Viola was born July 7, 1932 in Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of Albert and Daisy Stidham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Pete Howard in 2000; daughter, Mary Jane in 1955; and a granddaughter, Karen Sue in 1975. Viola is survived by children; Patricia Apodaca of Colorado Springs, CO, Beverly Thompson of Cheyenne, WY, and, Donald Howard, Bonnie Howard and Harlon Howard, all of Albuquerque, NM; step-daughter, Ruth Charnley of Angel Fire, NM; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2007 in the Palm Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Service, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87106.
