Margaret Ruth Hill, 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1950, died Sunday, December 2, 2007. She is survived by five sons, Wayne Hill and wife, Dona of San Angelo, TX, Glenn Hill and wife, Charlene of Williams, CA, Max Hill and wife, Latricia, Larry Hill and wife, Patsy and Terry Hill and wife, Dawn, all of Albuquerque; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Boyd and husband, Jim of Bloomfield, NM, Martha Clavel and husband, Calvin of Eagle Butte, SD; brother, Bill Myers and wife, Helen of Los Alamos, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, J. Howard Hill in 2005. Ruth was born and raised in Mills, NM and attended the Western Business School in Albuquerque where she met Howard and they married in 1939. They settled in the town of Edgewood, NM until 1950 when they relocated to Albuquerque. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Chester T.
