Phyllis Ann Van Winkle, 59, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2007. Her parents, Delmer and Phyllis Audrey Van Winkle; and her brother, John Paul Van Winkle, preceded her in death. Her sister, Bernice Kae Sanchez and brother-in-law, Paul Sanchez; her nephews, Rick, Marc and Keith; and numerous other family members, survive her. Ann was a very caring and kind person who touched the lives of many with her thoughtfulness. Although she had many illnesses and medical problems throughout her life, she never complained and retained a positive outlook on life, always trying to live as normally as possible.
