Dorothy Augusta Roam, 80, passed away on November 29, 2007. She had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1985. Mrs. Roam was born on January 6, 1927. She was bold, honest, out spoken and independent. Dorothy felt anything was possible and coined the phrase "Just Do It" way before NIKE. Dorothy was a representative of this country's greatest generation and instilled those values to her family and friends. Dorothy is survived by her son, John Collins and wife, D.J.; a daughter, Donna F. Stein and husband, John; a sister, Annette Cook, of Indiana; brother, Harry Sengelaub and wife, Patricia, of West Palm Beach, FL; seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2007 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
