Rebecca Ortiz, born June 30, 1944, joined our Savior on Monday, November 26, 2007. She was a young 63 years old and a loving, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and niece. Becky was a very special person to all who knew and loved her. She was so kind and humble and she loved her children immensely. She would do anything she could for them. We will all miss her dearly and remember her forever in our hearts. Joseph, her youngest son, was her greatest joy whom she lived for. She is survived by her children, Gina, Raymond, Joann, Jeanette, Arlene, Joseph; her grandchildren, Isabella, Ashley, Alyssa, Kayla, Vincent, Gino and family, Robert and family, Geremy, Megan, Savannah, Adrienne, Avery. She is survived by her mother, Delia G. Lopez whom she loved with all her heart and who was her #1 strength and support. She is also survived by her step-father, Jesse G. Lopez; her brothers, Jesse Jr. and Eddie; and her sisters, Maria, Joella, Cita, Julie; and her loving aunts, Dora, Fina and Vitalia. She was preceded in death by her loving grandmother, Delfinia Perea; and her uncles, Waldo, Connie, Gino, Fred, Alex, Rudy. There will be a viewing on November 29, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and a Christian Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM. Funeral Services will be held at San Felipe Church on November 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE. Reception to follow at Duranes Hall.
