Rosalyn Sagh, 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 2004, died Sunday, November 4, 2007. She is survived by her sister, Elisabeth Griesbacher of Albuquerque; brother, John Sagh and wife, Eva of Germany; nephews, Frederick Griesbacher and wife, Lynn of Albuquerque and Eric Griesbacher of Albuquerque; niece, Eva Staley and husband Richard, of Houston, TX; several great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nephews and -nieces; and other relatives and friends. Rosalyn was born on March 1, 1922 in Nagypodar, Hungary to Antal and Elizabeth Sagh. She served as a nun and nurse as a young woman. After the Hungarian Revolution in 1956, Rosalyn immigrated to the United States and settled in Chicago, IL where she was a nurse at several hospitals for approximately 40 years. She moved to Albuquerque in August 2004 to be close to her family here. Rosalyn was a loving sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Friday, November 9, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont Ave. NE, Saturday, November 10, 2007, 10:00 a.m. with interment following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
