Dudley Cook, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on January 10, 1920 in Peru, IL to Joyce and Roy Cook. Dudley served in the United States Army during WWII and the Korean Conflict. He retired after 30 years in the Medical Service Corps. Dudley was an administrator for Doctors Hospital in Washington, DC, while residing in Maryland. He retired to St. Petersburg, FL. where he lived for over 20 years before moving to Albuquerque, NM in 2000. Dudley is survived by his wife, Mary Jean; children, Phillip Cook and wife, Liz, and Carol Barbour; four grandchildren, Peter Barbour and wife, Lisa, Elissa Simpson and husband, Jim, Emilie Szenasi and husband, Daniel, and Kathryn Cook; three great-grandchildren, Haydn and Elizabeth Simpson and Alessandra Barbour; and sister-in-law, Leona Ream. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2007, 3:00 p.m., French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Ennichement will be held at a later date.
