Mildred L. Lamkin, 90, longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, September 28, 2007 in her home. She is survived by her son, Rex Lamkin and wife, Celia, of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters in Missouri; and one brother from California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry. Friends and family may visit Monday, October 1, 2007 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. A service will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2007, 10:00 a.m. at Montgomery Church of Christ, 7201 Montgomery Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
