Alice Gibb Duffy, 88, peacefully passed from this life on Saturday, August 18, 2007. Born July 21, 1919, Yonkers, NY to immigrant Scottish parents, graduate of Russell Sage College and Case Western Reserve University, served in the American Red Cross 1943-46, teacher 1959-81. Survived by husband of 61 years, Virgil, of McHenry, IL; daughters, Marjorie (Thomas) Peterson of Albuquerque, Gwendolyn (William) Studnick of Geneva, IL; and son, Peter (Kathy) of Homestead, FL; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Peter Jr., Kelly, Eric, and James. Preceeded in death by son Donald in 2005. Services were held August 24, 2007 in Wauconda, IL Kisselberg Funeral Home, Wauconda, IL 60084
