Ernest A. Meyer, Jr., 61, passed away August 15, 2007. He was born August 26, 1945 to Ernest and Virginia Meyer. Ernie was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother; brothers, Thomas Meyer and wife, Debbie, Robert Meyer and wife, Vicki; sisters, Carol Wageley and husband, Steve, Janet Telford and husband, Daniel; along with numerous nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, and extended family in Eastport, Long Island. He is also survived by two special friends, Andy Cain and Steve Clapper; his former wife, Millie Meyer; numerous friends and co-workers in the St. Louis area; and friends throughout the country. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service and burial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. Another memorial service for friends and family will be held at 609 Encino Place NE on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, 2201 San Pedro NE, Building 2, Suite 102, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
