Obituary for MOLINA

Joey Edward Molina, 42, of Albuquerque, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 28, 2007. Joey was raised in Albuquerque, graduated from West Mesa High School in 1982. He served in the United States Marine Corp until 1988, when he separated and joined the New Mexico Air National Guard. He was employed with the Air National Guard since that time. Joey was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Joey is survived by his children, Rachel, Karissa and Jacob Molina; as well as his parents, Ladis and Delma Molina; his sister, Sheila, her husband, Kevin, and her daughter, Megan Riley. Joey will be remembered by his family and friends as a hard working and truly amazing man. It would be hard to find a picture of him without his incredible smile. Joe was the pride and joy of his parents and sister and words cannot express how much he will be missed. Services will be held for Joey and his family and friends at Prince of Peace Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 1, 2007. Mass will start at 9:00 a.m. with the reception to follow at Prince of Peace, 12500 Carmel Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87122. Joey's final resting place will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501 at 2:00 p.m. on the same day. Honorary pallbearers will be Damian Jaramillo, Earl Archuleta, Matthew Archuleta, Michael Wilmore, Todd Mock, Brad Chambers, Gilbert Ortiz, Robert Follo, Kevin Riley, and Steve Verhelst.
