Charles William Alderson, age 52, a native New Mexican, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born to Charles and Irene Alderson on June 3, 1955, and maintained the family home as his residence. Charles also known as Bill to his friends and family, worked for Albuquerque Publishing Company for over 30 years. He enjoyed painting and has artwork hanging at Mario's Italian Restaurant; he also painted numerous pieces for family and friends. Bill was a very gentle spirit who loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Bill is survived by his three siblings; Michael Alderson, Charlene Wallace, her husband, Doug, Sharon Gonzales, her husband Rick. He also has many cousins, nieces and nephews. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held Sunday, July 15, 2007 at 7:00 p.m., French Mortuary Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 16, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 12500 Carmel NE, with Father Michael Shea as the Celebrant. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. A reception will follow the interment at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
