Obituary for TAFOYA

Orlando Tafoya, 65, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007. He is survived by his sons, Chris Perea and Randy Perea, both of Albuquerque; daughter, Stacey Lopez of Espanola; grandchildren, Chris Jr., Angela, Matthew, Alex, Amanda, and Desiree, all of Albuquerque; brothers, Richard Tafoya and wife, Doris and Frank Tafoya, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Helen Barraza and husband, Jose of Albuquerque, Toni Tackett and husband, Dick of Antioch, TN, Frances Tafoya, Patricia Johnston, both of Albuquerque, and Maxine Archuleta of Anaheim, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Tafoya was preceded in death by his mother, Maxine V. Tafoya and his father, Manuel A. Tafoya. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Tafoya attended Philadelphia Ministries in Albuquerque. He was loved very much and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 12, 2007, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel.
