Cres Perea, age 74, beloved and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, July 2, 2007. He was resident of Bernalillo, NM and a member of the Catholic Community. Cres enjoyed working on cars, watching game shows, and be of all spending time with his family. Cres is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jane C. Perea of the family home; his children, Christine (Teeni) Perea and fiance Pete Maldonado, Luci Coleman and fiance Stevon Gonzales, Howard and Diane Coleman, Dolores A. Coleman and Daryll LaMance; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and many dear friends. Cres will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. A Rosary will be recited Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Gonzales, Pete Maldonado, Daryll LaMance, Richard Lovato, Howard Coleman, and Adam Sandoval. Honorary bearers will be Christopher Myers, Don S. Lovato, Lawrence Lovato, and Patrick Lyle. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Louis and Frances Sandoval for their loving support, and to Nestor Tarin for outfitting the Pallbearers.
