Kathleen Fulcher, 92, died May 31, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Elton B. Rodgers, she is survived by three daughters Jane Norfolk, Lillian Geib, Ann Rodgers, five grandchildren, two greatgrandsons, Sonia, Adrian, Jessica and Adrianna Carbajal and others of her Albuquerque "family". A Memorial Service will be held on July 7, 2007 in Patrick Springs, VA. In lieu of flowers, make contributions to either Anacostia Watershed Association, 4302 Baltimore Ave., Bladensburg, MD 20710, or Chesapeake Bay Foundation, 6 Herndon Ave., Annapolis, MD 21403.
