Walter F. Moore a resident of Albuquerque and Belen, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007. He is survived by his sisters, Kathryn De Masters of Belen, NM and Leona Allen of Woodburn, OR, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Moore. He was a lifelong member of both the D.A.V. and the American Legion, as well as a member of the Elks Lodge #461. Walter was an accomplished wood carver and cowboy artist. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Services will be held Monday, June 25, 2007, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
