Gerald Frank Adam Statkus. "Jerry" as everyone knew him, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2007, at the age of 65, after a 7-year struggle with frontal temporal dementia. His family wishes to express great appreciation to one person, Jane Ward who was Jerry's caregiver. She filled Jerry's last year on earth with laughter, love, and life! We will always be grateful to her. Jerry is survived by three sisters and six brothers, and was "Uncle Jer" to 14 nieces and nephews. No services will be held. Just say a prayer.
