Katherine "Kate" Ruth Schimmel, infant child of Craig and Mary Schimmel, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2007. In her short life, she deeply touched the lives of many. She is also survived by her brother, Caleb and twin sister, Emily; grandparents, Richard and Anita Schimmel and Bob and Betty Jenkins.
