MARY LOU Mrs. Mary Lou Sanchez-Lucero, 67, a resident of Albuquerque passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 2, 2007. She expressed her love through her hand embroidery, enjoyed watching WWE with her grandchildren, doing crossword puzzles and going fishing. Mary Lou left an embroidered stitch in all our hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Lucero; and by her brother, the late Leroy Gallegos. Mrs. Lucero is survived by her daughter, Mary Lujan-Ortiz and husband Victor; son, Rudy Sanchez and wife Marsha; daughter, Lori Romero and husband Lee; daughter, Patsy Weisgerber and husband John, and son, Anthony Sanchez and partner Tim; eight grandchildren, Ramona Sipres and husband Marcelino, Rudy Lujan, Lee Jr. and Brittany Romero, John Patrick and Jason Lee Weisgerber, and Noah Sanchez. Mrs. Lucero is also survived by two brothers, Ross Gallegos, and Ray Gallegos of Arkansas; three sisters, Evelyn Vega, Nancy Sanchez, and Veronica Sierra. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends. All Services will be held at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at 9:00am with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Victor Ortiz, Lee Romero, John Weisgerber, Rudy Lujan, Marcelino Sipres, and Lee Jr. Romero.
