Rose M. Gutierrez went home to be with the Lord on June 2, 2007 at the age of 60. She was born on August 26, 1946 in Tijeras, NM to Natividad and Celina Gutierrez. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Licky Gutierrez; and her uncle, Tomas Griego. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who was known for an immaculate home, and gardening. She enjoyed star gazing and hot air balloons, and was a Denver Bronco fan. She was a great care taker and a woman who inspired all. She was adored by her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Nasario J. Gutierrez, her daughter, Frances Gutierrez, her sons; Nasario Gutierrez and wife Yvette, and Adam Gutierrez, her brother Modesto "Gene" Gutierrez, sisters; Nadine Gutierrez, Cristella Gutierrez, and Anita Candelaria, along with her grandchildren; J.J. Paiz, Destiny Paiz, Xavier Gutierrez and Yesenia Gutierrez. She will be missed by all. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church on June 5, 2007. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. also at St. Therese with interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be J.J. Paiz, Gene Gutierrez Jr., Anthony Leos, Ramona Candelaria, Paul Lucero, and Nasario Gutierrez Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Xavier Gutierrez, Destiny Paiz, Yesenia Gutierrez, Dominic Chacon, Ernie Jaramillo and Orlando Lucero, Jr. Funeral Services are entrusted to: Daniels Family Funeral Services Garcia Mortuary 717 Stover Ave. SW 243-5222
