Obituary for MIRABAL

Adeline A. Mirabal, a native of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2007. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Joe E. Mirabal; children, Rudolph Barncastle and wife, Pam, LeRoy Barncastle, of Santa Barbara, CA, Irene Cox, and husband, Miller Dean, Lorraine Verhest and husband, Joe; stepsons, John and Stan Mirabal and wife, Mary; brothers, James Armijo and wife, Lily, Orlando Armijo and wife, Madelyn; sister, Fita Salas; grandchildren, Lynn, and John Barncastle, Marlene Baum and husband, Steve, Christopher Barncastle, Tammy Oberholtzer, David Sanchez and wife, Lisa, and Darren Sanchez, Dean and Deanne Cox, and Desiree Pepin and husband, Mike; 20 great-grandchildren; and several other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John B. Barncastle and brothers, Victor and Salvador Armijo. Adeline lived life with zeal and enjoyed everything beautiful that it had to offer. She was a loving wife, mother and grandma. Her favorite saying was "Enjoy what it is before it isn't." A Rosary will be recited Thursday, May 31, 2007, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, June 1, 2007, 12:30 p.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
