Karen Starsky, 66, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Karen was born October 22, 1940 the daughter of Norman A. and Hazel G. Foss Romsos in Ladysmith, WI. Karen had been a school teacher, educating our young people. She is survived by her loving husband, Ed Starsky of Albuquerque; son, Scott, of Boulder, CO; daughter, Pamela Kogan of Pacific Palisades, CA; sister, Frankie Nelson and husband, Wayne of River Falls, WI; nieces, Vicky Starsky and husband, Ron, Sandy Nelson, and Stephanie Starsky; nephews, Craig Nelson and Steve Nelson; five grandchildren; many, many friends, too many to list. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 13, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Westside Congregation, 1650 Abrazo Rd., Rio Rancho, 896-8192. The Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Vista Verde Memorial Park.
