Harry William Pickell passed away on April 25, 2007. He was born in Kansas City, KS on July 4, 1917. After serving as a Major in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II, he moved to Albuquerque in 1946. He owned and operated Pic-Wik Frozen Food Distributorship until he retired in 1961. Since that time he and his wife enjoyed traveling and making new friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patty. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Velma C. Pickell, of the family home. He was a lifetime member of Wyansdotte Lodge #0003, AF & AM, Kansas City, KS. A Memorial Service will be held in the Rose Garden at Vista Verde Mortuary, 4310 Sara Road, Rio Rancho, NM at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2007.
