Johnny Lee Caviggia, 59, of Albuquerque, NM, died Friday, April 20, 2007 at his home. He was born on January 7, 1948 in Gallup, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Doris Caviggia of Vallecito Lake Colorado. He is survived by his two daughters, Achelle Caviggia of Albuquerque, Crissy Mondragon of Katy, Texas; and his son-in-law, Danny Mondragon. He is also survived by his two sisters, Burdene Caviggia of Albuquerque, Lorene Wheat of Vallecito Lake, CO; six nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and -nephews. Johnny Lee was known to all as the "Dogfather" because of the love he had for his dogs, Cinder, Sugar, and Dotty. Johnny lee will be missed as a father, a brother, an uncle, and as a friend by all who loved and admired him. Services will be held at Aspen Funeral Alternatives at 1935 Juan Tabo NE, in Albuquerque on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Honary pallberers will be Danny Mondragon, Randy Johnson, Robert Johnson, Ziek Salaz, Gabriel Salaz, Steve Phillips, Dave Bigley, Merle Volz, and Randy Lovell. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Albuquerque Kennel Kompadres at 301 16th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 in memory of "The Dogfather"
