Mary S. Gonzales, age 98, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, April 23, 2007. Mary was born in Coyote, NM, and was a resident of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and two sisters. Mary is survived by her loving children, Teresita M. Garcia and husband, Mike, Lucille A. Mestas and husband, Frank, and Josephine A. Valdez and husband, Ray; her precious grandchildren, Michael Garcia, Arthur Garcia, Barbara Ann Garcia, Marie Gintzler, Cynthia Rodriguez, Frank Mestas Jr., Thomas Mestas, Elaine DeMello, Patricia Mestas, Robert F. Archuleta, Larry Archuleta, Joseph Archuleta, Claire Cleary, Anthony Archuleta, Daniel Archuleta, Ray Valdez Jr., and David Valdez; 25 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are Mary's siblings, Federico Gonzlaes, Feliberto Gonzales, Manuel Gonzales and wife, Beatrice, Ramon Gonzales and wife, Viola, Beneranda Garcia, and Sally Lopez; numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members and friends. Mary will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Visitations for Mary will be Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Mestas Jr., Thomas Mestas, Michael Garcia, Arthur Garcia, Tory DeMello, and Joseph Archuleta.
