Joseph F. Belz Jr., 54, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2007. Joseph was born December 7, 1952 the son of Joseph Francis and Janet Sweeney Belz Sr. in Philadelphia, PA. Joseph had worked for the Village Inn in Rio Rancho for the past 10 years, and worked with the Goodwill Industries in Albuquerque for 15 years prior to that. Joseph was an avid music listener. Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Joseph F. Belz Sr. and his step-father, Joseph M. Quinn. He is survived by his mother, Janet S. Quinn of Rio Rancho; sister, Mary Stutt and husband, David of Rio Rancho; brothers, Robert Quinn, Michael Quinn and wife, Roxanne, sister, Nancy Vespe and husband, Rocco, and brother, Terrance Quinn, all of New Jersey. The Rosary will be recited at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2007 with the Mass of Resurrection at 1:30 p.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
