Keum Scott, a resident of Albuquerque since 1988, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007. She is survived by her sister, Yang Mi Harner of Albuquerque; one sister in California; three brothers and a sister in South Korea; and numerous nephews, nieces, and friends. Keum was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Scott in 1994. She was born in South Korea and moved to the United States with her husband in 1962 where they lived in Kansas before moving to Albuquerque. Keum was baptized at Hoffmantown Church in 1993 and was a faithful member of the congregation, especially loving the choir. She was employed at Kirtland Air Force Base Exchange for many years, receiving many service awards. Keum was a beloved sister and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, Monday, April 16, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and may attend Services which will be held at Hoffmantown Church, 8888 Harper Dr. NE, Tuesday, April 17, 2007, 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Moore officiating. Private Burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hoffmantown Church Choir, 8888 Harper Dr. NE, 87111.
